How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping: You can select ups next day air (1 day) or USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2days) to ensure live arrival. I ship out monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday(whatever works for my schedule). I will not ship on the day before a holiday or 2 days before a holiday for Priority Mail Express. I provide the heat or ice pack as needed.

Do you offer international shipping? 

No and we only ship to the lower 48 states in the USA, no Hawaii or Alaska.

What is your return, replacement, refund and DOA policy? 

The DOA(Dead on arrival) policy is i will offer you a refund/replacement if you can give me pictures of the dead fish or plant in an unopened bag no more than 2 hours after delivery as seen on tracking(if they sit in the heat or cold all day thats on you, get them in your house asap.) Again, i do not issue refunds/replacements except for dead fish and plants with photos sent in a timely manner no more than 2 hours after delivery as seen on tracking. For dry goods I won't offer a refund/ replacement unless the item comes to you not as described or damaged with pictures as proof. I do not accept returns on anything, fish, plants or dry goods.
